Ay, mama, those pains every 5 minutes sound like they need a doctor's check ASAP, go to your hospital or birthing center now, hindi na kailangan maghintay, lalo na 39 weeks ka na! Hindi ko masasabi kung ito na active labor o hindi, kailangan ng medical check para sigurado. A few of us moms didn't know the difference either until we got there, and the doctors knew right away. Bring your hospital bag na, at saka let your partner or family know para kasama mo sila. The baby might be on the way na, or could be something else, pero kailangan lang malaman ng doctor para mapakinggan mo ang baby properly.
