Wa'alaikumassalam! Sayang, at 36+ weeks nausea, vomiting, and loose stools can happen, tapi sebab banyak reasons, bukan tentu labour sign lagi. Cramping + these symptoms together boleh jadi, tapi better you see your doctor or go to clinic/hospital today to check, they need to monitor you properly since you're so close to term. One of my mum friends had similar symptoms at 36 weeks and turned out gastric, bukan labour. Don't sit around wondering, go check, okay?
