Wa'alaikumassalam sis, cirit birit masa pregnant memang scary especially dekat 32 weeks, tapi good thing you've already seen the doctor at the ward lah, the fact they discharged you means they checked everything okay. Since it's still ongoing, definitely call the ward or your OB balik to update them, terutama if you're seeing blood, severe cramps, or you're getting dehydrated (check your pee color, if too yellow means not enough water). A few of my mum friends went through this near end of pregnancy and turned out fine, but the doctors are the ones who really need to monitor your case since you've already been admitted, better safe than sorry at this stage kan, and they know your history already.
