Both Otrivin (oxynase) and Iliadin are decongestants that work similarly, but honestly if it's been a month plus the swelling is the culprit, better check with an ENT specialist than rely on spray je, sebab prolonged use boleh jadi rebound congestion pulak. A few of my mum friends pun end up kena this, they went to the clinic and dapat proper antibiotics or referred to specialist. Go see your doctor lah, babe, especially kalau it's affecting your sleep or energy level!
