Aih sayang, I know this feeling is so scary Actually 6 weeks is still quite early, a few of us went through this and our doctors said the heartbeat sometimes doesn't show until 6w5d or even 7 weeks, so the repeat scan in 2 weeks makes sense lah. The thing is, if the gestational sac is there but kantung kosong, that can mean a few things, sometimes it's just timing and you came too early, sometimes unfortunately it's not progressing, but your doc is doing the right thing by waiting and checking again rather than rushing to conclusions. For now try not to spiral too much (I know easier said than done!) and just wait for that next scan, it'll give you a much clearer picture. Definitely ask your doctor next time if they can measure the fetal pole size, as I've heard that makes a big difference in what they can tell you. Thinking of you during this anxious wait
