Ay totoo yan, mama! First trimester sleep is such a struggle, I remember staying up past midnight kahit gusto ko na mag-sleep, tas ang katawan mo parang sobrang uncomfortable na. A few of us moms noticed it's usually a mix ng hormones, anxiety, and just physical discomfort na sobrang nakakahirap, kaya don't worry you're not alone dito! Try nyo mag-adjust ng sleep position, maybe use extra pillows para mas komfy, at avoid caffeine after lunch para tulong. Alam ko mahirap pero hopefully second trimester gets a bit easier for you, ate, maraming mums say na bumibigay na ng breathing room ang energy levels doon.
