Ah sis, I totally get the anxiety, 9 days delay is really nerve-wracking, lalo na may symptoms ka pa! A few of us mums have been through this, and honestly, the breast tenderness at cramping can happen kahit hindi pregnancy, especially if hormones are all over the place or stress lang. Pero since you're already 9 days delayed, mas better talaga mag-check with your OB or even do a blood test (mas accurate siya than PT, especially if delayed ka pa lang), walang hassle, at least may peace of mind ka right away instead of guessing pa.
