Just to ask all mummies, I had menstruations after 6 mths of giving birth. Does it means that milk supply will starts to deplete? Thanks

It depend on individual. I had first menses 6 months but just abit, it didn't affect me. 2nd was 10 month pp super heavy, it didn't affect too.

You can take some oats biscuits or milo or barley it helps to boost my milk.
