Ubo ni baby

Ay, ganyan talaga yung ubo ng babies, lalo na pag 11 months na, sometimes it takes weeks pa para completely mawala even with meds, especially kung morning ubo lang siya (that's usually just the body clearing phlegm). Since na-checkup na siya at okay ang doctor, try making sure siya well-hydrated throughout the day, at if may iniwan na medicine, i-complete mo talaga ang full course kahit medyo okay na, a few of us moms learned that the hard way hehe. One thing na helpful din is humidifier sa room niya especially sa gabi, and try to avoid sudden temperature changes kung possible. If it gets worse or dumami na lang despite the medicine, definitely go back sa doc para ma-reassess lang, pero usually yan talaga normal part ng growing up para sa mga babies.
