Planninh to Pump and Freeze yung BM

Okay mama, hindi kailangan na dedicated freezer lang para sa breastmilk, pwede talaga siyang magshare ng space with frozen foods and meat, basta iba lang ang compartment or box like you said! A few of us nag-pump din, and what we do is designate one or two compartments para sa BM lang so walang cross-contamination, tapos yung iba naman for meat and other frozen stuff. Ang importante lang talaga is that the BM bottles/bags ay properly sealed and labeled with dates, and hindi sila magiging exposed sa raw meat juices or anything like that. Good thinking na separate boxes, that's exactly how most of us manage it!
