Hi mama! Hindi ako sure sa exact walk-in policy ng QMMC kasi baka may changes, pero I'd suggest calling them directly, usually malaki na hospitals like that may specific hours or kailangan ng appointment na especially ngayon. One of my friends went there last month and sabi niya mas mabilis kung may referral from your barangay health center, so that might help too!
