Cotton balls vs cotton pads vs dry cotton wipes

Hello! Ask ko lang what is the best na gamitin for baby esp newborn. Before kasi ang turo samin sa school is warm water + cotton balls para pang clean ng poop / urine ng baby pag nagpapalit ng diaper. Matagal na kong di nag ppractice, matagal na ring walang baby sa family namin 🥲🥲 kaya i wanted to ask kung alinsa 3 yung mas maigi ngayon gamitin since nauso na rin ang cotton pads and dry cotton wipes ( ive seen these sa tiny buds and unilove brands).
