Ay congrats mama, you're so close na! Hindi lang heartburn ang reliable sign ng cervical dilation kasi maraming factors ang nakakaapekto dun, even eating certain foods or your position can trigger it, kaya hindi mo talaga ma-predict based lang sa heartburn alone. One of my mum friends thought the same thing, pero hindi pa pala siya dilating more kahit grabe ang reflux niya; ang best way talaga to know is pag may regular contractions na spaced consistently or bumisita ka sa OB for a check. Since you're already 1cm and so close to your due date, best to call your doctor na lang para ma-check if may progress na, mas peace of mind for you mommy!
