Mucus plug ba talaga to?

Ay oo, mucus plug yan most likely, at normal lang talaga kahit kailan pa lumalabas, hindi exact sign na bukas ka na magla-labor, pero it means your body is preparing na talaga! A few of us had it weeks bago mag-labor, isa naman namin nabirth within days, so it really varies, momsh. The good news is 38+ weeks ka na, so basta healthy ka and baby is doing well, you're in the safe zone na talaga kahit medyo matagal pa ang dilation. About the weight at dilation though, that's worth double-checking with your OB kasi they know your full picture, especially if you're feeling worried; sometimes babies are smaller than the ultrasound estimate, and some moms dilate super fast once active labor starts so please don't stress yourself too much yet. Just keep doing what you're doing (the walking, primrose), stay hydrated, and trust your doctor, the waiting is the hardest part, pero you're almost there na!
