Ay, hindi required po talaga bago manganak, mama! A few of my mum friends had braces throughout their pregnancy and delivery, walang problema naman. Pero best to ask your dentist and OB together kung okay lang talaga sa kanila para sa peace of mind mo, lalo na if may adjustments pa needed during pregnancy kasi ang hormones natin ay nakakaapekto sa gums at teeth, mas prone sa swelling at sensitivity. Mas importante siguro na regular ka lang sa dental checkups and good oral hygiene throughout, kasi pregnancy ginagawang mas sensitive ang teeth at gums natin. Let me know kung ano sasabihin ng doctors mo ha, curious din ako!
