Ah sis, good question! From what I know, pwede mong i-combine both, ang PWD discount at PhilHealth benefits, kaya double advantage yan, hindi kailangan pumili ng isa lang, pero best talaga to ask directly sa hospital admitting or sa PhilHealth office para ma-confirm kung paano exactly sila mag-aapply together sa bills mo. On the maternity benefit, honestly na-confuse din ako dyan kaya better to verify directly with PhilHealth din, pero from what a few of us tried, may specific requirements talaga sila about employment status para ma-avail mo yan, whether voluntary or employed ka, kaya worth getting the exact details from them mismo, girl!
