Ay mama, folic acid is really important talaga during pregnancy kaya good on you for taking it! A few of us in my circle take different brands din, and honestly as long as consistent ka sa pag-take mo, ang importante talaga is na you're protecting baby's development, but if you want to double-check if that specific brand is okay para sa iyo or if may side effects ka, better to ask your OB para sure, especially since every pregnancy is different. Keep taking care of yourself, mama!
