Depo shot injectables

Ay nako, alam ko yan! A few of us dito sa mum group actually had the same experience, one friend namin took depo for years, tapos even after she stopped, it took her almost a year and a half bago regular ulit ang period niya, at kahit bumalik, medyo irregular pa rin for a while. The thing is, ang depo talaga ay strong sa hormones, kaya kahit isang shot lang, minsan umabot talaga ng ilang buwan or even longer bago bumalik ang menstruation, it really varies from person to person. Some of us were back to normal within months, but others had to wait longer, at iba rin naging irregular for a bit. Definitely worth checking in with your OB or gynecologist though, para ma-rule out kung may iba pang factors at makakuha ng proper guidance based sa your body!
