Contraceptive for Breastfeeding mom

Ask ko lang mga mamsh First time mom here then Breastfeeding kami ni LO. 4mos2weeks na sya naun. But since I have to go back to work.. thawed breastmilk thru bottlefeeding na sya., then at night direct latch sa akin.
