Uy, kahit mixed feeding ka, it's actually super normal na delayed pa ang period mo! A few of us mums noticed na kahit hindi fully breastfeeding, ang combination pa lang ng breast + formula ay tumatagal talaga, usually a few months pa lang before it comes back, pero sa iba umabot ng 6 months or even longer. It's all about the hormones, especially pag may breastfeeding pa kahit konti lang. About the spotting mo nung December, that could've been breakthrough bleeding or just hormonal fluctuations, especially kung mixed fed ka. Since negative ang PT mo pero worried ka pa rin, maybe worth checking in with your OB talaga, kasi sila ang makakasiguro kung ano talaga yung nangyari and kung normal lang ba sa situation mo, or if there's something else going on. Better safe than sorry, diba?
