Lmp or first utz (FTM)

Ask ko lang kung ano yung susundin ko yung LMP ko ba o yung first utz ko? Sure naman ako sa LMP ko kasi may tracker ako ng period ko at updated yun. Bale pag susundin ko yung LMP ko 16 weeks and 6 days ako ngayon tapos base dun a first utz ko bale 15 weeks and 6 days ko ngayon. Late ng one week yung sa utz ko. Btw 9 weeks po ako nung first utz ko second is 10 weeks ganon talaga late ng one week sa LMP. Thank you. #f1rstimemom

Usually ang LMP ang ginagamit ng doctors as the reference para sa due date lalo na kung accurate yung tracker mo, pero since may one-week difference between LMP at ultrasound readings mo, best na itanong mo directly sa OB mo kung aling dating ang gagamitin nila sa official records mo, sometimes consistent discrepancies like yan ay normal, pero gusto nilang sure para walang confusion later on sa monitoring mo. Congrats sa pregnancy!
