Postpartum Bleeding

Ask ko lang if normal po bang 2 months na ko nagbibleed, tuloy tuloy simula nung nanganak ako nung December 5. Until now February 5, nagbibleed pa rin ako. Naka-injectable din ako na contraceptive, possible kaya na dahil sa injectable kaya matagal postpartum bleeding ko? # ##Needadvice #FTM #firsttimemom

Mama, please see your OB as soon as you can, two months ng continuous bleeding is something they really need to check, especially since nag-injectable ka na. It could be related sa contraceptive, but there are other things it could be din, and you deserve to know what's happening sa body mo. In the meantime, monitor kung gaano kabigat ang bleeding at if may fever, severe cramping, or dizziness, if ganyan, go to ER na agad. Kaya mo yan, and your doctor will get to the bottom of it.

Hello, mommy! I tried to go to a doctor, in a barangay center to be specific. It was already 3rd months of my postpartum that time pero yung bleeding ko non hindi pa rin nagsstop kahit isang araw manlang. It was my second shot of my contraceptive when I asked the midwife who was assigned there, she told me that it was normal. So, I trusted her that it will be over soon. Kasi naninibago pa daw body ko. Not until umabot pa ng 5 months or 6 months ata yon? Nag bbleed pa rin ako. That's when I decided to change my contraceptive. But when I told the midwife, ayaw nila ako payagan palitan yung contraceptive ko. So, ang ginawa ko, itigil ko na lang then nag condom na lang kami ng husband ko. Siguro after 1 week ng supposed to be shot ko ng contraceptive, ayun, nagstop na yung bleeding ko. Kasi binigyan ako ng gamot ng doctor, yung pangpaampat ng dugo.
