But honestly, at this stage better safe than sorry, please call your doctor or midwife today, or go to the hospital kalau sakit tu teruk or ada spotting/discharge yang pelik. They'll check properly and give you peace of mind. A few of us mums experienced different types of cramping, some Braxton Hicks, some just ligament pain, so really kena confirm dengan doctor je.
