Baby Kicking in 16 weeks and above

The apps said that on 16 weeks u can sort of feels the baby kicking already. How do i feels when baby is kicking especially when the baby is quite small yet now? It feels like scratching or how?

I only experienced my first baby movements in week 20 and it was a bubbling sensation for a short while! so mild you might not even noticed it.
