recommendations for Breast pump ?

I use Hegen. It works well for me. It's small, light and compact for travel use too.

I have both spectra s1 and medela swing + medela freestyle. Spectra is better.

Spectra s1 is the one I’m using and it’s good

Medela is good enough if u have budget concerns.

Spectra S1+ and real bubee

Heard spectra is good
