Foodart Store Confinement Soup Package

I really feel you on this, confinement period is already so exhausting and you just want to make sure you're getting proper nourishment without too much hassle. I don't have personal experience with this one, but a friend of mine tried a confinement soup package from Foodart Store and she said the herbs were well-portioned and easy to prepare, which she really appreciated when she was too tired to measure everything out herself. She felt it was good value and the soups helped her feel more settled during her recovery.
