Salonpas use during first trimester

Hello, anyone know if I can use salon pas patch in my first trimester? I think I’ve sprained my neck last night during sleep and it’s getting worse today. Need some help :(

Not recommended to use as it contains nsaids. You can eat Panadol to manage pain, if needed. Please consult your doctor for the max allowable Panadols per day.

Better not to use, use heat packs or those convenient heat patches, can get from shopee

Use a heat pack, they’ve helped tremendously with my pains during pregnancy

Use heat packs instead 😊
