Hospital bag checklist

Oo, pag-organize na yan ng hospital bag super important talaga, lalo na pag first time mom ka pa lang! I have my checklist na na-refine ko from my first pregnancy, for baby, make sure may newborn and 0-3 months clothes (onesies, mittens, bonnets), diapers, wipes, at blanket na pwede mo dalhin. Para sa iyo, comfortable going-home outfit na pre-pregnancy size, toiletries, maternity pads (the heavy flow ones talaga kailangan), comfortable bra or nursing bra, at yung nightgown na may buttons para sa feeding at checks ng doctor. A few of us mums also bring phone charger, extra undies, snacks (especially chocolate, kailangan mo after labor, haha), at copies ng important documents like ID at insurance. Oh, at don't forget entertainment like music playlist or downloaded shows kasi may waiting time lagi, especially sa labor!
