Someone in my mum WhatsApp group actually engaged Nannymoon before and she specifically had Nanny Lily (NM801, Chew Seng Lee), said she was super responsible, reliable, and very easy to get along with, which honestly is so important when you're sleep-deprived and emotional lah. My neighbour also mentioned her friend had a nanny called Aunty Selina Kok through them, and she loved her so much she extended the confinement to 35 days, said the aunty treated the whole family like her own children, so sweet right! Some mums love it, a few had concerns about the reviews being harder to find compared to the bigger agencies, but from what I hear the actual nanny experience has been quite positive. Maybe just ask Nannymoon directly for references or request a specific nanny if you can, because it really does depend a lot on the individual aunty you get!
