Ay, I don't have direct experience with those two hospitals kasi kami dito sa Manila area lang, but a few of my mum friends from Pampanga swear na mas mura talaga ang packages sa Sacred Heart compared sa other private hospitals doon, worth calling both directly kasi ang CS packages, billing, and what's covered really vary depending on your room choice at anesthesiologist fees. I'd suggest mag-ask din sa mga mommy groups specific sa Angeles City dahil sila talaga ang makakatulong with updated rates at personal experience, plus they usually know kung may senior citizen discount or payment plans available!
