Petite Baby

Hi, do anyone here ever encountered pregnancy the baby is 1.4g at 32 weeks? Is it normal and is it will be accurate when the baby birth also petite? Sometimes i don’t believe the scanning. Like when the doctor scan saying the baby is small, then when giving birth actually the baby is on average size or could be bigger. Tell me about mommies
