I haven't used Thomson Medical myself, but my friend went there for her delivery last year and she said the rates do change quite a bit depending on the package and what's included, so you'd really need to call their maternity team directly to get the exact current price for a 1 bedder natural birth. She found the staff really helpful on the phone when she was checking rates, so give them a ring and they should be able to break down everything for you.

You can go down to the hospital and check with their customer service! They will print out the estimated cost for each delivery method and room types. You can bring back the paper.
