Hay, I feel you on this one! Honestly, a few of us moms did light meals lang the night before, like lugaw or easy-to-digest stuff rather than heavy kain, kasi talaga, ang constipation after CS is one of the worst parts na hindi sinasabi ng doctors right away, haha. Maraming friends ko nag-suggest ng lots of fluids, fruits, at yung mga high-fiber foods once you're cleared to eat ulit after surgery. Pero best talaga na tanungin ang OB mo directly kung ano exactly ang kailangan mong i-avoid before your op, especially food-wise, kasi may fasting requirements usually before anesthesia pa lang.
