One of my mum friends swears by staying in air-conditioned spaces when she can, and using a mild, fragrance-free moisturizer after patting the area dry, pero if it's really bothering you or mumukhang infected na, better to check with your OB para sure na safe ang any remedy mo gamitin habang pregnant ka pa lang.
