At one month old, honestly ang safest approach is to check with your pediatrician muna bago mag-introduce ng any vitamins or lotions kasi very delicate pa ang skin ng newborn at every baby's needs ay different. A few of us moms noticed na ang aming doctors recommended specific vitamin supplements (like Vitamin D) based sa baby's individual needs, at para sa lotion, they usually suggest plain moisturizers lang or prescribed ones kung may dry skin talaga, never self-medicate this early, trust me!
