For toddlers na yan, honestly I'd stick with something super gentle like baby moisturizers from trusted brands, Cetaphil Baby or Aveeno Baby ang go-to ko sa mga bata ko kasi walang fragrances and harsh chemicals na makakaabala sa sensitive skin nila. The key talaga is avoiding anything with strong scents, alcohol, or dyes; if your son's skin is really dry, you can also try a bit of coconut oil pero test muna sa small area first para sure walang irritation!
