Ay, that's a lot of poops in one day, mama! Kailangan mo talaga makipag-consult sa pediatrician nyo para ma-check kung may diarrhea or intestinal issue, lalo na may 3 loose stools pa, baka may something that needs to be addressed agad, especially at that age. In the meantime, make sure he's drinking plenty ng tubig at ORS kung available para hindi sya madehydrate, at observe kung may fever or other symptoms. One of my mum friends experienced something similar with her son at the doc prescribed something specific after testing, so don't worry pero better safe than sorry talaga with these things.
