Hi mama! So from what I understand, that's basically describing where your placenta is positioned and how mature it is, "posterior fundal" means it's attached sa back/upper part ng uterus, "high lying" means it's positioned higher up (which is actually good kasi it's away from the cervix), and "Grade 3" refers to how developed/mature the placenta is at that stage ng pregnancy. Best to ask your OB to explain it in detail during your next checkup though, kasi they can tell you exactly what it means for your specific pregnancy and whether there's anything to watch out for!
