Aww, I wish I could see it to help better! Kailangan mo talaga ipakita sa pediatrician mo because at 10 months, maraming possibilities, pwede itong normal baby rash, heat rash, allergy, or something that needs checking lang. One of my mum friends panicked din with a similar thing sa baby niya, pero turned out minor lang, but better safe talaga. Take a clear photo, note kung saan exactly at kung may itch or fever, then schedule a check-up agad para matuwa ka na. Hope it's nothing serious, mama!
