Congrats sa baby mo, mama! So posterior placenta grade 2 means your placenta is at the back of your uterus (which is actually good, less chance of complications), high lying means it's positioned higher up so no worries about blocking the birth canal, and cephalic position means baby's head is down ready for delivery, which is perfect at 26 weeks. Everything sounds normal and healthy based on what your OB told you, so just keep doing your regular check-ups and take care of yourself! A few of us first-time moms got nervous din sa ultrasound results, pero once the doctor explained it, we realized it was all good.
