Uy mama, congrats na! At 1cm dilation na kayo, sigurado namang malapit na talaga! Pero please, this is the time to stay in close touch with your doctor or OB, lalo na kung may unusual symptoms like heavy bleeding, severe pain, or anything that feels off, go to the hospital agad agad. A few of us mums, alam namin na ang tamang timing talaga ay pag-monitor lang ng contractions at siguruhing ready ang hospital bag. Keep walking if you feel okay (tumulong sa dilation yan!), stay hydrated, at rest when you can. Your doctor knows best kung anong next steps para sa inyo based sa how your body's progressing.
