daily routine

Ay, ang aming daily routine is very flexible talaga especially during the first few months, kasi ang newborn mo palaging nagbabago ng schedule hehe! Generally, we just follow baby's cues, feed on demand (ours was every 2-3 hours), then diaper change, then tummy time or cuddles, then sleep, repeat repeat repeat. A few of us mums tried to keep things chill with just making sure baby's fed, clean, and loved, at walang pressure to follow strict schedules yet because honestly, newborns don't really have one pa. Ang tip rin namin is to take shifts with your partner for night duties kung kaya, or at least rest when baby rests, because the exhaustion is real and your mental health matters din!
