Ate, I can't see the photo you're referring to, but at 38 weeks pregnant, any unusual discharge or changes deserve a quick check from your OB, better safe than sorry! Is it colored, thick, or different from your normal discharge? A few of us mums have called our doctors just to describe things over the phone, and honestly they always prefer that you reach out.
