Most effective way?

Ano mas effective ,? Orally intake or vaginally ? For evening primrose, my OB kasi advised me itake ko sya orally but it’s been almost 2 weeks. I’m 38weeks and counting wala pa din close cervix parin ako, I would like to know if mas effective sya pag pinasok sa vagina. Based on your experiences ano ba mas effective?
