Spotting or Period

Hi! Ano ang considered as first day of period? Sa spotting ba? Saturday ng gabi kasi ako nagspotting last month then Sunday nagtuloy-tuloy na. If ever kasi na yung spotting is considered as first day, then delayed na ko ngayon ng 1 day. (fingers crossed)
