Tips tambahkan susu badan
anak saya dah setahun Alhamdulillah masih menyusu badan, tapi sekarang susu saya tk serancak dulu walaupun makan banyak minum air masak banyak hm ada apa apa tips utk susu mudah banyak?
Alhamdulillah dia still nursing at one! Honestly, a few of us mums noticed the same thing around this age, sometimes supply does dip naturally, but it usually picks back up dengan frequent feeding lah, especially if dia still demand feeding and tidak switch to scheduled feeds. Try to let her nurse longer on each side, drink more warm fluids (I swear by warm water with ginger and palm sugar), and check if stress level ada naik because stress really does affect milk flow, tapi sejujurnya kat tahap ni ramai moms maintain dengan comfort feeding je rather than big volume, mana tau baby dia just needs you close more than the quantity!
