Aiyoo sayang, this needs a doctor's check ASAP, especially since baby's weight isn't going up, okay? Please go see the paediatrician or clinic soon, don't delay this one. A few of us mummies went through similar worries, and it turned out to be different things for different babies, some ada latch issues, some reflux, some just sleepy feeders, so really can't guess without proper checking. The doctor will weigh baby properly and see what's going on. In the meantime, if you're breastfeeding, try expressing a bit to keep supply okay, and if bottle feeding, just feed whenever baby shows hunger signs (not just crying lah, sometimes sleepy babies forget to ask). Hang in there, mama. Get that appointment done first thing, yeah? Your instinct is right to be concerned, trust it.
