Anak first saya umur 2 tahun, 2nd umur 9 bln skg dah pregant 2 bln.. ada advice tak korang? Saya risau saya tak mampu tapi nak kejar umur yg dah nak naik 40 tu la bal beranak cepat.. 3 org anak cukup la.. ada nasihat tak ibu2? Please advice tq..
Alah, I can totally feel your worry lah, three under four is A LOT, tapi you're doing this for a reason you've thought through, so trust yourself on that! Honestly, pragmatic stuff helps: involve your 2yo in simple tasks (pass the nappy, ambil something), let your helper/family do more of the heavy lifting if you can, and don't aim for Instagram-perfect during this season, cereal for lunch is completely fine lah. A few of my mum friends dengan jarak dekat cakap the older kids end up playing together and actually eating into each other's needs a bit, so sometimes it's easier than expected, and that's the silver lining. Make sure you have proper support, your partner, family, or a trusted helper, because postpartum recovery with a toddler around is no joke, and you'll need hands. Maybe chat with your doctor or midwife about managing three pregnancies so close together, kasi check everything okay with you too, sebab your body jugak penting You've got this, mama!
