A few of my mum friends pun the same, their babies' eyes were jumping around macam tu, pastu settle down. Since you're going to the doctor next week anyway, boleh tanya je during the checkup to be absolutely sure, tapi dari apa you describe tu sounds like standard development lah. First-time mum anxiety is real, but you're doing great by observing and planning a checkup, that's the right thing to do.
