Tak bahaya la, jangan worry! Prenavit tu supplement je, bukan ubat yang boleh overdose parah, a few of my mum friends pun pernah accidentally ambil double dose and semua okay je. Tapi next time just continue dengan dose normal hari tu, jangan try to compensate dengan extra pill, okay?
